Why won’t the retractable cable retract?

This retractable cable has 5 length presets, you can customize the stretch length to meet different charging needs, and if there is a snag in retracting it, please gently pull back horizontal for natural retraction, avoid folding or twisting.

The AC outlet of the adapter wouldn’t work anymore, how to process it?

This is likely due to a blown fuse. You can open the compartment at the back of the adapter (labeled as « Spare Fuse ») and replace the fuse. If it still doesn’t work, please email Baseus for further assistance.

The maximum output power of 70W is achievable only when a single USB-C1 (Retractable Charging Cable) is used and the connected device requires 70W. The output of USB-C2 and USB-A1 are 60W max.
